A long time ago when I first started betting NFL, the man who came by work with those parlay cards didn't know me but after a couple weeks he remembered me well. Who is this guy who picks all these UNDER totals plays? I hit a couple 6 teamers and for a couple bucks investment, I even got taken to lunch by the guy and that's how I ended up meeting my first bookie.

Heh heh... if it could have only stayed that simple. Now I'm a lot older, a lot more knowledgable, smarter and also a lot more confused. I've always wondered why a parlay card would often miss just one (or at most two) picks out of 5 or 6 selections but hitting that sort of percentage (70% to 80% winners) on straight up action turned out to be so damned hard to do.

New England/Buffalo Under 35

I remember filling out my first parlay card at about 15 years old. I hit a baseball game, a hockey game and a football game for a 3 team winner. I wish I could hit two out of three these days. It's been a tough first four weeks. Need a turn around.
